Windows 10 Stuttering/Lagging with Graphical Glitches I will be checking if any new drivers are present for the same. Will post updates later. Every time I moved the mouse, everything would stutter, including in Windows. If I didn't use the mouse, then it didn't seem to be an issue. Not installing the high definition audio drivers fixed it, and then the radiator in the card died, and I didn't have the same issue after putting in the new card.
